PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AS THEY MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT TO THIS WEBSITE. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Love Monday Apparel  (“Love Monday”, “we”, or “our”) wholesale website, services, and applications (collectively the “Service”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Your Use of the Service

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity (“Organization”), then you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that Organization and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refers to you and that Organization.

Termination of the Service

If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by sending an email to wholesale@lovemondayapparel.com.

We may terminate or suspend access to our use of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Following by emailing you at the email address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated.

Agreements

Minimum Ordering:
All new wholesale account orders must meet the minimum order of $300 and minimum order of 4 items per design and style.

All recurring wholesale account orders must meet the minimum order of $150 and minimum order of 4 items per design and style.

Payment Processing:
All new wholesale account orders are required to a pre-payment of the first order with credit card on file in the Net-30 day application, that establishes the credit with us. After the first order is paid in full and sent to customer then you will be on the Net-30 day with Love Monday, pending approval. If you have not received the Net-30 day application, please ask by applying via email to wholesale@lovemondayapparel.com and requesting the form. If payment is not made and credit card on file is declined after the Net-30, we will allow 5 days to make payment through mail by check. If payment is not received by the 36th day past the shipment day a 5% late fee will be charged per week to the account.

Returns:
You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to report any missing or damaged items to your sales representative in order to receive a replacement. After 72 hours, all sales are final.

Exclusive Territory Agreement:
In order to have Exclusive Territory Agreement, you must be approved by management through application process. Please submit for application by emailing wholesale@lovemondayapparel.com.

Online Sales:

Online sales are prohibited unless approved by Management of Love Monday. You must receive approval by emailing seth@lovemondayapparel.com.

Pricing:

When pricing Love Monday products we would have you put all prices at Retail Pricing. (For example: cost - $26.00   RP - $52.00) If you price below, we will be in contact with you to correct the matter. We don’t want you to cut yourself short of the potential to make more on our products.

The Terms of Service must be accepted in order to place any other orders. We will allow up to 10 days for it to be returned back to us. If not returned, we will assume your account to be on hold.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND I ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY, WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS EFFECT.
