We are now offering zip code protection! New customers, before your first order, please make sure to check your zip code for availability. Check your zip code here.
What if my zip code is unavailable? If there is a store already selling Love Monday products in your area, shoot us an email to be put on a waiting list. We'll notify you as soon as your zip code becomes available.
To maintain zip code protection, you must place quarterly orders of $300+. If there is a lapse in order time, we will send an email as a reminder and you will have a week to respond. After one week with no response, your zip code will then be available to the next interested boutique.
Minimum opening order is $300 and 4 items per style/design. If your initial opening order is less than $300 then we will contact you and ask that you reach the $300 threshold. After one week with no response we will cancel your order.
Re-order minimums are $150 and 4 items per style/design. We offer open sizing so you can order per your customer needs.
Payment information is required with order to be processed. We will authorize and charge your card upon checkout. If the transaction is unsuccessful, the order will be placed on hold until it has been resolved.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS. Company checks are accepted in advance. Check must be cleared through the bank before the order is shipped. NO COD’s. If you have existing terms with us, please note in the comments section when placing your order.

When pricing Love Monday products we would have you put all prices at Retail Pricing. (For example: cost - $26.00 RP - $52.00) If you price below, we will be in contact with you to correct the matter. We don’t want you to cut yourself short of the potential to make more on our products
Online sales are prohibited unless approved by Management of Love Monday. You must receive approval by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The availability of items on our site is not guaranteed. If an item is not available by the time your order is processed (typically 4-10 business days after the order is received) then it will go to backorder and the in-stock merchandise will ship ahead. If the item is sold out and will not be restocked, then it will be cancelled.
IF MERCHANDISE ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING
Please instruct your UPS driver to file a damaged shipment report. Acceptance of the shipment is acknowledgement that the articles received were in sellable condition.
IF YOU RECEIVED DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE or IF WE SHIPPED INCORRECTLY
We will replace the merchandise or issue you a credit. Please email our office at email@example.com and we will provide you with RMA # and instructions. Custom ordered merchandise and clearance merchandise are not refundable.
You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to report any missing or damaged items to your sales representative in order to receive a replacement. After 72 hours, all sales are final.
We typically process and ship orders within 4-10 business days, sometimes sooner. All orders are shipped FOB: Harbor Springs, Michigan via UPS Ground. We can accommodate express shipping at your request and your expense but you must contact us directly to arrange the details. To calculate estimated delivery date, add our 5 business day processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 5 business days and shipped using UPS Ground shipping (1-6 business days) will arrive in 6-11 business days. A time-in-transit map is below.
Please report any damages or mistakes within 72 hours. We will not accept any claims if the product shows signs of excessive wear or misuse. We reserve the right to request images of the defective product.
